Module Details
Baked and Chilled/Frozen Cheese Cake - RM200
- this is a hands on class
- students will learn 2 types of cheese cake - baked and frozen
- students has to make the cheese cake right from the base to the filling
- students can bring back their cakes
- only 2 person in a class
- bonus : chocolate cheese cake recipe and a demonstration on how to decorate a blueberry cheese cake
