3 tier Wedding Cake

Ordered by my regular customer - Intan for her friend's wedding. The cakes are vanilla sponge cake but with different fillings. The 1st tier is buttercream filling, 2nd tier with kiwi filling and the 3rd tier with blueberry filling. Congratulations to the bride and groom!

I took the challenge to do this 5 tier pulut kuning for a wedding reception. Lucky me, my mother was here. She helped me with the pulut kuning n I do the deco... :)

Hi Again!

Salam. Pardon me for abandoning this blog. I just keep on updating my cake photos in facebook page. Earlier this year I announced that I do not take orders for 2 months because I was so busy with my "other" job. So, there are not many cake photos I have to share. However, today I will try to update all the cakes I did for the last couple of months. :)

First, these cupcakes I did for my cousin - Fakhrul for his engagement. We traveled to Penang since his "wife-to-be" is a Balik Pulau's girl - Ayu.

Steam Buttercream

Salam. For those who have a limited budget for your cake especially wedding cake, you can ask for this technique to be used on your cake. The buttercream looks very smooth as how fondant looks like. So, worry no more! ;)

Selamat Pengantin Baru Nana & Faizal

It is a 2-tier cake. Right after I finish placed all the roses on top of the cake, Intan sms me to put the "Selamat Pengantin Baru" wording on it. So sorry ye Intan, you're 25 minutes too late... ;)

Another order from her is this chocolate. All made by chocolates from the box to the roses inside. I have a few more types of chocolate boxes. Sorry, for the poor photo coz I forgot to snap it with my camera so all I can reach at that time is my phone! =)
