FK House of Delights: Red Velvet Cake

Few weeks ago I baked red velvet cupcakes and I gave 6 pieces to my cousin, Fadia. This week, she ordered the cake, but this time with extra cream cheese.

Salam. I am a very simple person - at least that is what I think about myself ; ) and like to spend my spare time doing what I love most at this moment - baking. I have been baking since I was in primary school when I used to help my mom. Years went by and I have been busy with school, college and work. But now since time is so generous to me, I managed to schedule my quiet time alone. Try to venture in something new, I started to do what I love and at the same time can bring me something in return - satisfaction for me and people who enjoyed my baking. Tq.
